Jack Mancini of Casa Moderna LLC , Designing & Developing Modern and Mediterranean Inspired Homes and Multifamily projects along the South Florida Coast for 30 years. Local restaurateur and Owner/Operator of Mancini’s Ristorante, Mbar and others over the past 15years.
Born into a family Construction Business from Michigan who relocated to Ft. Lauderdale after a successful amateur golf career became a licensed General Contractor in 1981. In the early years Projects including The Ft. Lauderdale Airport Expansion, Broward County Courthouse, Port Everglades Cruise Ship Terminals, United States Post Offices, & Ft. Lauderdale Civic Buildings. Many other projects such as office buildings, parking garages, and warehouses were completed in the Private sector.
After years of Commercial construction I followed my dream of creating waterfront homes in the Venice of America. I started design development of luxury single family waterfront homes and multifamily projects. Many Mediterranean style homes grace the Isles of Ft. Lauderdale neighbor hoods. One of the first Multifamily developments that started on Fort Lauderdale Beach was My 19 Unit Marbella Townhome project. The Hilton and W Hotel followed shortly thereafter.
Other out of state projects include Tuscan inspired Mountain homes in Aspen Colorado, and a 200 acre Equestrian subdivision in Carbondale Colorado. As time passed I became inspired with Modern Architecture and Interior Design and recently completed several Modern residence’s “Casa Moderna” Modern Tropicalism at its finest. Some of my design passion statements would include, “Form Follows Function” and “ the art in forms where form follows function, where you live amongst the artist who creates your dream home”
Casa Moderna LLC works with all Realtors and Architects in the area and nationally to provide a comprehensive team assisting any sophisticated buyer with the most well designed and built residences available. We not only provide our own Homes for sale but provide Design/Build Services and Construction Management for any size project both Residential or Commercial.
It is also important to me as a local business owner to be involved in charities to give back to the Community . Over the years I have had the pleasure to work with many of these such as The Boys and Girls Club, Cystic Fibrosis, Humane Society, Pet Set, American Heart, Ann Storks and many others.
